Modern and contemporary Romania, while also pretending to be "civilized", religiously holds on to some communist rules, with pirde even.
Less "civilized" countries and cities ask you to respect the flowers..
Here? Look around. This and that forbidden, else fines this and that much.
Why go to a park anyway? Green area, trees and vegetation being less and less in urban areas.
Walk on concrete/asphalt? Why? Can't I do that on every street?
