Bucharest's 6th district city hall came up with an original idea how to develop a small park in Drumul Taberei neighborhood.
To find the cache you must visit the park and/or surf the internet. Each question results in a digit (or a letter's position in the latin alphabet).
Note: sadly, due to progressive degradation, some of the clues may no longer be available at the site, thus things have been adjusted such that the info can be located easier on the internet. Use the romanian pages and maybe online translation of those, but beware that the clues are in romanian (ie book title).
