Descriere
Having placed a cache that goes about half way between the poles, I decided to place one half way in the northern hemisphere.
Not much to say about the location... Once there was a small "monument" showing where the 45th parallel crosses the road, but now the only thing that remains is a parking lot and a concrete pillar.
Beware, once you pass this point, you get in the other half of the northern hemisphere ;)
It is recommended to visit this cache while driving southward TOWARDS Ploiesti, and park on the right side of the road.
Please be very careful while visiting this place; the road is a VERY, VERY, VERY BUSY road, and crossing it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
